Cookie care instructions

Storage

Our cookies are made to be eaten right away, but are just as great if they sit out on the counter in an air tight container for up to 5 days! Cookies that contain drizzles or soft toppings are best kept cool to avoid melting, but is not required.

Reheating

Looking for that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste? That can easily be achieved at home! Remove the cookie from its packaging and pop it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, or until a little warm! They can also be put into an oven at 350F for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until warm!

Cookies that contain gooey/chocolate shell toppings are even better warmed up!

Please be advised that cookies that have soft toppings (like frostings) are not intended to be reheated unless otherwise stated. All toppings are subject to melting when reheated.

Freezing

Our cookies are BIG, so we know that they may not get eaten right away and that’s totally okay! Our cookies freeze and reheat well! To freeze, simply transfer them to an air tight container and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months to maintain freshness. When you’re ready to eat them, take them out of the freezer and leave them on the counter for at least 30 minutes to an hour to reach room temperature.
