what license do you have?

We are a cottage home bakery with a Cottage Food Operations license for the state of Connecticut. We are also ServSafe Certified.

We are not subject to routine government food safety inspection.

Preorder FAQs

HOW DO I PLACE AN preORDER?

Preorders are placed online only via our website. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 8P are guaranteed for Saturday pickups. Any orders placed after this deadline will be available for the following week.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please understand that we cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

When and Where will i receive my order?

We accept orders Monday through Wednesday before 8P for pickup that Saturday any time between 10A and 4P at our home in Canton, CT. Any orders placed after this deadline will be available for the following week. Preorders can be found in the pink case next to our stand.

If you would like special accommodations made for pickup outside of our usual availability, please submit this request at checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee pickup requests and are subject to mutual availability.

Orders that are not picked up will be held for 24 hours and will need to be rescheduled. Please note that rescheduled orders are not guaranteed and are subject to mutual availability. All sales are final.

What Items are available for preorder?

All of our gourmet cookies from the current monthly lineup are available for preorder only. Stand exclusives are not available for preorder.

Stand faqs

Do I have to preorder?

No, preordering to shop the stand is not required. We recommend you preorder from our monthly gourmet cookie lineup so that you secure your favorites. Stand exclusives will not be available for preorder.

Can I shop the stand even though I preordered?

Of course! If you preordered through our website and received both a confirmation email and a "Ready for Pickup” email, your order is already paid for. Feel free to browse the stand and grab any extra treats that catch your eye! Additional items not included in your preorder can be purchased on the spot with cash (exact change only, no change provided) or Venmo.

When is the stand open?

The stand is open every Saturday from 10A until dusk, weather permitting. Always be sure to check our website and socials for up to date information to include hours of availability, menu selections, and more information.

how do i pay?

Our stand is self service, meaning you’ll total up your items and pay via cash (exact change only) or Venmo. Please Note: We are unable to provide change.

Where do i park?

You’re invited to park in our driveway or along the curb. We are a private residence and ask that you please respect our and our wonderful neighbors’ privacy and space.

TREAT faqs

What type of cookies are these?

Our cookies are considered soft baked, jumbo, NYC style cookies! Meaning, they are giant cookies that are loaded with mix-ins and sometimes include toppings and fillings. Each cookie is baked to perfection with a golden, crispy outside and soft, gooey inside.

Each cookie is baked and temperature checked to at least 165F (the food safe internal temperature for eggs). For more information on food safety, please visit FoodSafety.gov.

how do i store my Treats?

Our treats are made to order and baked fresh Thursday so that they are cooled and ready for pickups on Saturday. To keep them fresh and tasting great, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.

Can i reheat my cookies?

Yes! We recommend popping them in the microwave for 10 seconds or in an oven set to 350 for 5 minutes. Be careful, contents will be hot (and delicious).

Are your treats allergen friendly?

All Sweet Treats are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspection and where common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten are present. While some of our offerings may not contain nuts or other allergens, we are not allergen friendly.
